1- B2C (Retail Customers)

Refund & Return Policy – DRVN

At DRVN, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

For B2C (Retail Customers)
Returns & Exchanges
• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Free from stains, odors, or damage

-Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized items
• Final sale items or discounted products

-Refunds
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3- For B2B (Bulk Orders & Custom Manufacturing)

-Return Policy
• Bulk orders are non-refundable once production has started.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of:
• Defective products
• Incorrect quantity or specifications (compared to order confirmation)
-Inspection
• All claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
• Clear photos/videos must be shared for quality review.
-Remedies
If there is a valid issue, we will:
• Offer replacements, or
• Issue a partial/full refund (based on issue severity)
